Atlas operates a cutting-edge dry electrode processing line, incorporating multiple patented processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. This solvent-free production method streamlines manufacturing, reducing energy consumption and eliminating the need for hazardous material handling.
In parallel, we are developing a new wet electrode processing line, expanding our capabilities to meet diverse application needs. By integrating both dry and wet processes, Atlas ensures flexibility in supercapacitor production while driving advancements in energy storage technology.

Atlas' supercapacitor cell production is fully operational and undergoing a ramp-up phase to meet growing demand. Our commercial pilot line is actively producing cells, with capacity scaling toward 8,000 units per month. As we refine our processes and expand production, we are focused on optimizing efficiency, ensuring consistent quality, and meeting the needs of high-performance energy storage applications.
This scale-up marks a significant step toward full-scale commercialization, reinforcing Atlas’ commitment to delivering high-reliability supercapacitor solutions.

Atlas currently produces UL 810A-certified 6138-format supercapacitor cells, ensuring compliance with the highest safety and performance standards. This certification validates our commitment to quality, reliability, and safety in energy storage.
The 6138 cell format is widely recognized for its compact size, high power density, and long cycle life, making it ideal for seamless integration into grid storage, industrial applications, and high-performance power systems. With scalable production and certified safety standards, Atlas is driving the next generation of supercapacitor technology.
